Common questions
I want my business removed
You do not need to ask us. Open your company page and use “Remove this listing” at the bottom of the right-hand column. It disappears straight away, with no approval from us.
My business details are out of date
Claim the listing and you can edit it yourself, whenever you like. The “Claim this listing” button is on your company page.
Someone left an unfair review
Send us a link to the review and a short explanation. We do not remove reviews for being negative, but we do remove ones that are false, abusive, or about a different business.
How promotion works
A promoted listing sits at the top of its category, gets a visual highlight and a link without the nofollow attribute. Details are on the add-a-business page.
