Parts hard to get he got some, Ingenuity required to route the gas flu along a different route and finally in only 2 days. Could not be more happier with Mike as he sourced and fitted the flue in record time. Thank you Mike and I will post pictures of it all boxed in after its finished.”Carl Sheerman – Google

About Mike Jarvis Plumbing & Heating

Find out more about Mike Jarvis Plumbing & Heating in Plymouth, established in 2009.

Based in Widewell, Plymouth we serve domestic and business customers located throughout Plymouth and the surrounding area, including Plympton, Plymstock, Ivybridge, Yelverton, Tavistock, Saltash and Torpoint.

We offer a comprehensive range of plumbing and heating services, from general plumbing work such as a burst pipe or dripping tap to full central heating, bathroom replacement and gas boiler installation and maintenance. Whether it’s a job that you’ve planned on doing for some time or an emergency plumbing call out, we are here to help!

When you call on us to carry out any plumbing or heating work, you can rest assured that we are fully qualified and accredited in our field. We take safety seriously and are therefore Gas Safe registered, as anyone undertaking work on gas appliances or installations should be.

It’s essential that any gas appliances within your home, business or rented property are maintained to manufacturers instructions and serviced at regular intervals to ensure that they are safe. This is especially important to landlords who have a legal obligation to ensure any gas boiler, fires or appliances are serviced and obtain the relevant yearly gas safety certificate.

Failing to do so not only may leave you liable to large fines and imprisonment but those fitted incorrectly, poorly maintained or inadequately repaired can be dangerous and lead to lethal carbon monoxide poisoning, gas leaks and even gas explosions.

So whether it’s your own property, business or you’re a landlord or letting agent, contact us to arrange your service or annual gas safety check of your gas appliances.

Customer Service

We pride ourselves on our customer service and reputation and take great care to ensure we keep you informed every step of the way. From explaining what we intend to do, providing an estimate inclusive of all charges before work commences, right the way through to completion.

We believe that no one should actually know we have visited your property, other than the fact the job in question has been completed. Before leaving your property, we will ensure it is left in the same way as when we arrived.

All waste from work carried out will be removed by professional licensed waste carriers.

Commercial Gas Services Plymouth

As qualified Commercial Gas Engineers, we carry out Commercial Gas Services, plus commercial boiler installation in Plymouth and the surrounding areas, commercial boiler servicing and commercial boiler repairs. Our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and experienced in both domestic and commercial gas services.

Whether you run a small business, a large commercial unit or a factory, you can be assured that our experienced Gas Engineers will complete the job in a professional and competent manner every time.  We will liaise with you to select the perfect solution for your commercial boiler requirements.  The rest is down to us.  We will take care of the heating installation process with minimal disruption to your business.

Our Commercial Services include:

Boiler Installation, repair and servicing

First fix commercial gas pipework

Tightness checking & purging

Installation, repair & servicing of direct and indirect fired heating appliances

Installation, repair & servicing of radiant plaque and tube heaters

Why Replace an Old Commercial Boiler?

Costs of running a business are ever-increasing, so replacing an old boiler which is still functioning, may be low on your priority list.  However, if a boiler is not working to full capacity due to age, or keeps breaking down, it is neither cost-effective, nor energy efficient.  Old boilers require much more fuel in order to produce the same energy output as a new boiler, and all of the parts are put under constant excess strain – resulting in higher bills and costly repairs.

New commercial boiler installation will allow your business to take advantage of updated technology, saving energy, and reducing fuel costs – the advantages far outweigh the benefits and make perfect business sense.

If you are interested in Commercial Boiler Installation in Plymouth or the surrounding areas, please contact Mike Jarvis Ltd. Plumbing & Heating Services on 01752 778440, or complete the contact form.
